The Product Application Process
The process has 6 stages which are:-

A mixture of water and very powerful fungicides and cleaners is applied to the exteria of the building using a high pressure sprayer. This mixture is designed to remove years of grime, soot, mould, algea and many other contaminates that build up on a building over a period of years.
The reason a high pressure spayer is used is that this also removes and flaking paint that is no longer adhereing to the wall, which in turn will expose damage to the masonry, render or brickwork in preparation for the repair work to come.
Masking Up
Before the protective coating can be applied we need to protect to non-masonry areas of the building, and any adjacent buildings or areas from any over spray. The protection of all windows, doors, porch's, paths and surrounding areas is carried out by masking them up with heavy duty brown paper and tape.
If there is any chance of bushes and lawns becoming damaged, we cover them with polythene, dust sheets or boards, where appropriate.
Repair and Restoration
After the building and surrounding area are protected from damage, all worn and damged surfaces are restored to an appropriate state with the relavent materials.
Damaged render and broken brickwork are removed and all cracks are hacked out. Polymer modified cements are used for repair to ensure a perfect bond with great care taken to ensure as near as possible to an invisible repair. Don't forget that these repairs are then going to be covered up by coating.
Bare brickwork can either be rendered or bagrubbed with a PVA mortar mix to fill all the small airholes or to soften the brickline if you request it.
Slush or Sealer Coating
A high penetration stabalising primer is applied by sprayer or roller (depending on the surface texture) prior to the application of the final coating. This primer soakes into the surface of the wall and gives weather proofing and excellent adhesion for the main coating.
Application of the Coating
The coating is sprayed onto the wall at pressures of up to 1000 lbs. A minimum of 1Kg of coating is applied to each square meter, leaving a protective layer that is between 20 and 30 times thicker than standard masonry paint, that is waterproof, air periable and stays looking beautiful for at least 15 years without maintenance.
Finishing Off
Once the coating has dried we remove all masking and return the surroundings to their original condition.
